I have been using this app for the last few years and I have not faced any problem but now they have stopped the delivery in my area and there was an option "convert it into cash" by which the points you collect are converted into cash. They said that the option will be available after some time, but no update has come yet, that's why I have deleted this app. Very bad experience

Worst experience. Placed an order using debit card to avail bank discount. The order was canceled by the store and my money wasn't refunded to the bank. Instead it was added to CHEETAY Cash! Now it doesn't let me place order for anything above the available cheetay cash amount.. I mean what's the point of cheetay cash if you can't use it along with COD for remaining amount! The vouchers are also useless! They don't get applied 80% of the time! Late deliveries! Pathetic, pathetic!

Bad points: 1. Shops delivery fee is far too expensive; it just isn't justifiable. 2. Order delivery delays are frequent. 3. Sometimes order doesn't get processed and I wasn't notified until one and a half hour later. Good: 1. Consistently good deals 2. Cigarettes available (however assortment is pathetic and stock availability is a huge issue)
